plotting "realistic" or "conseptual"
is it possible to plot a solid object in a layer that will look "realistic" or "conceptual" and not "wireframe"

Yes.
In the plot dialogue box, under "shaded viewport options" In shaded plot, specify "conceptual" or "realistic", Thats all.
Then specify plot area and click Ok .
