Radial Engine Cam Timing Problem?

Hi Grabcad
I am trying to design a 5 cylinder radial engine. But i don't understand what is the ratio of cam ring turning/crankshaft turning.
On wikipedia, there is a gif about 5 cylinder cam timing

The cams turn at 1/4 the speed of the engine, in the opposite direction. Each cam has 2 lobes, 180 degrees apart.

The angle between the cams is 45 degrees + the angle between the cam followers.
