SW how do i bend/curve this?

Hello ppl. Im building speed boat using this plans: https://www.instructables.com/RC-Boat-2/
Im building custom version for 3d printing and i have problem with boat side part which need to be bent and curved to down to form a solid body with boat. I dont know how to do that. Surface is not flat so i cant just sketch and extrude part. I need to flex/curve this side part(s). Any suggestion, tips etc?

Model it to final shape. Don’t try to bend the pieces. The top and bottom generally have a curve that matches the side profiles. The sides have a curve that matches the top profile. Use these profiles to actually model the pieces to their final shape. Model it as a total solid. Then shell the result if you desire slab surfaces like the original.

The only other method is to do it kind of like you’re attempting. Bend the parts by some estimated amount. (It will be a trial and error method.) Bend each part and then check it against each others. Modify the bends a little at a time until they fit each other.

It would require some complex mathematical modeling to have the CAD system automatically match these curves up with each other. While it could be done, the two methods I’ve outlined should work well and consume much less time and effort. Don’t worry if your result doesn’t exactly match the original plans. Close is more than good enough.
