.swb file opening issue

I have .swb file. I know how to open it. It has to be opened through macro but SolidWorks is not opening it. I have SW2012.
Tools-Macro-Run
Nothing happens after selecting the file to open.
Can someone open this file and convert to STEP, Parasolid or IGES

I just drag/dropped it into SW. I did not run it as a macro, but SW 2017 may be different from 2012 in that regard.
You won't be able to open this SW model, but a Step file is also attached.
