Uploading an Inventor file display issues
Hi guys,
A lot of times when I upload an Inventor file it doesn't get displayed properly in the part view. Instead Grabcad displays a grey box with a grey cube in the middle and a generic red Grabcad box in the uploaded files.
Why does it only work sometimes?

It is a mystery that seems to affect certain types of 3D models more than others.
I just ignore it. The only time it becomes an issue is when people upload only the CAD model, and the library image just shows a box. You are good at uploading images, so no problem there.
The developers sometimes browse the Questions and Groups areas. Maybe post the same question to the community user group if no good answers show up here in a day or two? https://grabcad.com/groups/grabcad-community-user-group
