To Create Circular Text- On Request

Hello, I need the text to be circular with the circle diameter 70 mm and the angle between center point if text is 6 degree. Text should be towards center of circle. The height of the text should not exceed 3.5 mm. Also the text should not overlap with each other. I would be so happy if you explain the process of making text. Also the final picture should be on transparent background. Text to be typed is as follows:
