Unable to active solidworks Event-based Motion View

go ahead.add ins-and select motion view there,

From a motion study, select Motion Analysis from the Motion Study Type list (MotionManager toolbar)

I've tried all your suggest like turn on the add-ins, and change the motion study type, but still can't access the event based motion feature.
