which commands is not good for modify and update modeles in catia?

some command and tools make update cycle very long

I don't know of any "bad" commands in CATIA.

Slow updates are usually due to poor modeling practices and/or poor model structure.

Try to build model with simple commands...
Avoid commands like Fill, extract, multiple extract, adoptive sweeps , thickness, thick surface etc..

Basically, we are talking about decent computer machine vs sophisticated one. CATIA is a software that requires a lot of memory space and also high specification of Video card. You could check minimum and best specification for CATIA based on their version at Dassault website
