Why do published models disappear ?
I have recently published some models which have now vanished, anybody else have that happen.
Also would anyone know how to change the order in which the models appear ?

Change the models name & upload model Again
Yeah ok i will try, Im pretty sure it was different in the 1st place though (only by 1st character) eg 2RU Vent Panel,, 1RU Vent Panel,,,
Check with GrabCAD support. They are very useful and prompt in this regard. :)
Think i will just stick with CG trader, allot more reliable and better support.
