Design and Development of New product engineering, Aircraft parts, and products like wing Assembly including Child parts, Doors, revetment, and Specially made Supporting parts. Working in various work natures like complex sheet metal modeling (Aerospace sheet metal-CATIA V5), surface modeling for curved parts, complex part to DXF creation, STL to Part conversion, and image to drawing conversion. Managed all phases of the design process for multiple products, parts assemblies, and sub-assemblies, including drafting, dimensioning, BOM updating, and making final documentation of the project. Every day different disciplines of work will be handled like complex and big assembly drafting within the concerned time-limit, parts specially made for 3d printing, precision tool making, drafting with various dimensioning methods, and various tolerances based on the job nature. We understand the customer's requirement to customize the standard unit and have taken ownership of one of the product deliveries. Standardizing the drawing as per the manufacturing requirements and maintaining the consistency for all the drawings. Modifying the drawing, if any issues arise the drawing, and coordinating with all concerned departments for overall drawings.

Responsible for performing mechanical design of new products and modification on existing products and prepare layout drawings to conform products operational suitability to the applicable industry standards and customer needs. Responsible for performing a Technical design trainer to teaching the Mechanical Design, basics of Mechanical Engineering and Product Developing aspect through the mechanical software.Teaching software for students about basics level of design and engineering aspects and Preparation of 2D and 3D drawings for the selected proposals using AutoCAD, SOLID WORKS, CATIA and Creo.
