After the recent implementation project in the car tank production line, which resulted in increased production flow following the removal of a bottleneck in the production line through the use of resistance welding fixtures, it was observed that the pertinent tools had depreciated due to continuous usage-related stress. To enhance welding quality, modifications were deemed necessary during the process. Consequently, upon identifying this challenge, a mechanism for tool improvement was designed and subsequently delivered to the tool manufacturing unit of the relevant company.

In response to the customer's request, an industrial cyclone separator system was designed and constructed for the separation of epoxy paint powder particles with a minimum diameter of 5 microns.
