Design and release dry bulk handling systems for specific customers; Lead role in engineering continuous improvement implementation team, improving the feedback from manufacturing sources back to engineering design for active (real-time) and future design projects.

Leverage Computer Aided design tools to support design teams in simulated design performance, recommendations to achieve design goals and predicted fatigue life targets, cyclic heat stress durability, vibration stresses and fatigue durability, nonlinear geometric deformations, nonlinear material characterizations, nonlinear contact and complex system simulations.

Develop and create customer specific configurations and solutions per order, maintain documentation of existing and legacy product lines, troubleshoot and resolve field issues, supplier issues and drive cost, weight, and feature improvements on existing designs.
