• Delivered clerical support by efficiently handling wide range of routine and done tests and Projects in time. • Designed suspension (rear) for 4 seater vehicle and selected with all loads. Calculated all motion ratio, natural frequency, ride rate; ride height, travel, roll angle and all other aspects required to confirm the suspension geometry to make complete Cad design and simulation on maximum load. • Designed tubular space frame chassis for car selected. Made complete CAD and FEA of chassis as per requirements. Create FV and SV suspension geometry and Steering calculations to confirm the Chassis design. Made neccessary assumption by suspension and steering calculation. •Used general dimensioning and tolerancing to create drawing sheets for Wheel Knuckle and Wheel Hub

• Paticipated in Numerous Cultural and Ethical Activites. • Received a "Mechano 2K17" Certificate for one of the organizers of this Workshop on ATV, RC Planes, Hybrid cycle along with SAE Team " Bruiser Heads ". • Received a "Mechano 2K19" Certificate for one of the organizers of this Workshop on 3D - Printing along with the SAE COLLEGIATE CLUB - GRIET. • Received a Certificate for participating and being in the part of presentation in "Automotive Technology for a Sustainable Future" conducted by Electrical Department of college and sponsored by AICTE. • Received numerous certificates on Software skills in AutoCAD, Solidworks, Catia, Fusion 360, Ansys, MS Excel. • Organized and performed the Minor project along with 2 Team mates on Coin Counting Machine. • Performed Major project on " Experimental Investigation on EN45 steel under Dry and MQL using coated and uncoated inserts ". • Presented a paper on ICMED 2020 on the above results of the experimentation.
