Can we draw something like a flower in technical softwares?

Yes you can do it. There are some advanced features avilable in some technical softwares which can be used to model complex surfaces such as a petal of a flower. I have used SolidWorks 2010 to model a flower, I guess the steps below will be helpful.
Please don't hesitate to contact me if you don't understand these steps.
-
Step 1:
First of all, load SW software version avilable in your PC, and select the sketch plane and creat a point to begin the drawing. Once it's over draw a 3D sketch which ends at it's staring point as shown.
-
Step 2:
And then, select a cross plane to draw a path shetch using the Spline tool which connects the widest distance on the 3D sketch.
-
Step 3:
Then use Surface-Fill feature and select the 3D sketch as the path boundry, and the Spline as the Constraint curve.
-
Step 4:
Once it's build, thichen the surface, which will help to build a pattern.
-
Step 5:
Then draw a simple circular extrude in the center, of the drawing in the first plane you selected for your drawing.
-
Step 6:
Now using the circular pattern feature, create the number of patterns it means the number of petals you need.
-
Step 7:
And Finally, draw the necessary needing such as the stem, and the other things to complete the flower. And here comes your Flower.
