FEA of bars of Variable sections

FEA of bars of Variable sections -The deformation occurs due to Tensile load.
Please check out the deformation results of solved problem and its FEA results in Creo are same.

1. Step 1:

   

   Please sketch & make 3D model of the above variable section in PTC creo parametric.

   
   

2. Step 2:

   Go to Application menu - Simulate - Choose material & Assign material for the model.

3. Step 3:

   Set Constraint for the model:

   
   

4. Step 4:

   Assign loads on the model as per the given problem.

5. Step 5:

   Do analysis & studies for the model (Run the analysis)

6. Step 6:

   Review the results of deformation which is matching with the given problem results.

7. Step 7:

   Note: The results based on the unit conversion of the model. If its wrong the calculated results & Creo FEA results will not match.
