hey there..!! we have been trying to design a disc.. we are facing a problem in generation of an equation driven curve..
I guess you know what the equations produce but you do not know how to create a part in Solidworks.

Step 1:
1. Enter the 2 equations in the fields and add the parameters "0" for start and 2 x π for finish. This will produce an almost complete disc, since π has infinite decimals.

Step 2:
2. Close the profile with a tangent arc.

3. Extrude the profile. Good luck.
