How can i draw a V-belt as a separate part in SolidWorks?

Quick Tuturial

1. Step 1:

   1. Get section dimensions for your belt:
   for instance: http://www.powerdrive-belt.com/new/products.asp?x=1&id=3&id4=1
   

   

2. Step 2:

   2. Draw two circles represent your pulleys.
   

   

3. Step 3:

   3. Insert plane perpendicular to line.
   

   

4. Step 4:

   4. On that plane draw section of your belt. i took SPB Belt
   

   

5. Step 5:

   5. Use sweep feature and belt ready.
