1. Step 1:

   create a sketch like this from the fron
   

   

2. Step 2:

   extrude
   

   

3. Step 3:

   2nd sketch
   

   

4. Step 4:

   create a new plane
   

   

5. Step 5:

   new sketch like this in the new plane
   

   

6. Step 6:

   create a Swept Cut using 2 sketchs
