How to save assembly in IGES/STEP formate in CATIA v5?

IGES (.igs) file does not save the file an assembly. I would recommend saving it as STEP (.stp) file.

  1. Step 1:

    Click on file

  2. Step 2:

    Save As

  3. Step 3:

    Choose file type as STEP (.stp)

  4. Step 4:

    Click on Save
