How to remove and replace terminals from standard 4 pin PC molex connectors.

Look into the molex connector and find the two small wings of metal on either side of the round connector you wish to remove. With the smallest flat blade screwdriver very gently slide it down the side of the terminal until it is over a wing. Gently lever the screwdriver so as to push the wing into the centre of the terminal. Repeat on the other wing and the terminal should slide out with little force. If it does not then push it back in to make sure the wings are not caught and repeat the process.
