Tutorial: How to make energy chain and animate that by parameter

Step by step

1. Step 1:

   I uploaded that stp file what I used for the tutorial.

   You have to prepare the downloaded models sometimes... Make work planes and axis
   

   

2. Step 2:

   Draw the cable
   Use parameter
   

   

3. Step 3:

   Make some feature for pattern
   

   

4. Step 4:

   Make pattern on the curve
   

   

5. Step 5:

   Insert the chain links into
   use the pattern
   

   

6. Step 6:

   Insert the mounting brackets into
   

   

7. Step 7:

   Switch onto the Studio
   Choose the parameter and add to favorites
   Animate that as you want
   

   

8. Step 8:

   Enjoy your work and be inspired!
