Tutorial - Modeling CFL in SolidWorks?

Here is the tutorial.
-
Step 1:
Right plane>>sketch.
-
Step 2:
Draw this profile.
-
Step 3:
Revolve Surface it.
-
Step 4:
Top face>>Sketch.
-
Step 5:
Draw a circle.
-
Step 6:
Circular pattern it 4 times.
-
Step 7:
Extrude it in both directions.
-
Step 8:
Reference Geometry >> Axis.
-
Step 9:
Generate axis on all cylinderical tubes.
-
Step 10:
Reference Geometry>>plane.
-
Step 11:
Select both axis.
-
Step 12:
Plane1>>Sketch.
-
Step 13:
Using spline tool make this sketch.
-
Step 14:
Make a plane on the edge of the tube.
-
Step 15:
Plane2>>Sketch.
-
Step 16:
Convert the edge.
-
Step 17:
Exit the sketch.
-
Step 18:
Swept surface.
-
Step 19:
Sweep the circle about the spline.
-
Step 20:
Repeat the same step for other tubes also.
-
Step 21:
Trim Surface.
-
Step 22:
Under mutual type select all surfaces.
-
Step 23:
Select inner surfaces to remove.
-
Step 24:
Now we have trimmed the surface.
-
Step 25:
Filled surface.
-
Step 26:
Filled surface the bottom edge.
-
Step 27:
Knit Surface.
-
Step 28:
Select all surface and uncheck the gap control.
-
Step 29:
Thicken it.
-
Step 30:
Bottom face>>Sketch.
-
Step 31:
Draw a circle and extrude it.
-
Step 32:
Again bottom face >> sketch.
-
Step 33:
Draw a circle.
-
Step 34:
Extrude it.
-
Step 35:
Fillet the edges.
-
Step 36:
Right plane>>Sketch.
-
Step 37:
Draw a circle in lower area.
-
Step 38:
Extrude offset from surface with outer offset.
-
Step 39:
We have the basic body of the CFL.
