Tutorial - Simple sheet metal part in SolidWorks?
Here is the Tutorial.

Step 1:
Start Solidworks in part mode.

Step 2:
Top Plane>>Sketch.

Step 3:
Make a rectangle.

Step 4:
Under Sheetmetal tab choose base flange. This will act as the base of the sheetmetal part.

Step 5:
Keep the default settings and click OK.

Step 6:
The base of the sheetmetal part has been generated.

Step 7:
Choose Edge flange in sheetmetal tab.

Step 8:
Choose the right face lower edge.

Step 9:
Enter a height of 70mm in Property manager.

Step 10:
Click OK and we have the wall created.

Step 11:
Repeat the same step for the other edges also.

Step 12:
Again Select the edge flange and select the edge of the middle wall.

Step 13:
Enter an height of 150mm and Click OK.

Step 14:
Open Design Library.

Step 15:
Browse to Forming Tools>>Louvers. If needed right click the forming tools folder and click the forming tool option.

Step 16:
Drag the lower to the top surface of the part.

Step 17:
Position it by assigning some dimensions.

Step 18:
Click OK and we have the forming feature created.

Step 19:
Choose Edge flange and select the Edge of the bottom surface.

Step 20:
Click OK.

Step 21:
Choose Flatten in the Sheetmetal Tab. And we have the sheetmetal body part created.
