ZW3D Clamp Stand Tutorial


Learn ZW3D 3d modeling basic tutorial how to create clamp stand with some basic command, check it out!!!

Step 1: Creating 2D Sketch
- First click sketch and choose red plane
- Use circle and line command to create 2d sketch below. You can use quick dimension to change measure of the objects.
- Now we can use line command to create sketch in the top. After it, change measure and then use trim command to cut circle and lines.
- Close sketch

Step 2: Convert To 3D Model
- After close sketch, you can use extrude command with profile for specific region
- Click extrude > select profile > choose box options > and then click bottom region > Ok
- Set extrude type cymmetrical and give value 10 for extrusion
Side Extrusion
- Use extrude command again, and select profile.
- Click rectangle options and choose sides object region (triangle)
- After it you can change extrusion value into 3
Top Extrusion
- Next use extrude command and select profile
- Click top region with options, next you can extrude with value 12

Step 3: Creating Holes
- First we can create 3 hole in the top
- Click sketch and select top face
- Create circle in the center and then you can copy to top and bottom with distance 6.5
- Close sketch and use extrude remove to cut object with circles
- Now we already create 3 hole
Bottom Holes
- Use sketch and select bottom face
- create circle in the center of side with between snaps
- Next you can mirror in red axis
- The last we can mirror 2 circle with green axis. So it will be create 4 circles
- Close sketch
- Use extrude remove again to create hole with 4 circles
