Square Spring Tutorial,, SolidWorks 2013,, HD rewind as many times! ask questions if you get stuck! learn and spread! it should be for the good of all! :) Points I forgot in the video, they'll make it more clear. 1 "outer edges" mean outside diameter 2 for surface sweep, there are 2 different sketches on same plane, 3 you can also use "up to vertex" for surface extrude, and select the top point of the line in the sketch defining the height of the spring
