Victor Ferman is a mechatronics engineer working as a researcher at Turing Labs since mid-2015. Victor studied his undergraduate degree in mechatronics engineering at Universidad Galileo and he started to working in the bionic Galileo Hand when he was ending his master degree in industrial electronics. He is in charge of the prosthesis mechanical design and he started to work on the Galileo Hand project because of his CAD skills learned in his undergraduate degree and he is a CSWA (Certified SOLIDWORKS Associate), and Victor has always been interested by this type of systems. Victor lives in Guatemala City and continues improving the design of prosthesis together with the other members of the project and looking forward to the release the version one of the bionic hand.
