As an entry-level GET in the R&D department, I was responsible for conducting trials on 3D mica molding for thermal-runaway products such as EV battery covers, along with creating 2D and 3D gasket models based on mating assembly profiles to ensure proper sealing. My role also involved performing testing and validation for both gaskets and thermal-runaway components, including air-leak, Fuji-film and flame-retardant tests. Additionally, I contributed to GM PSA and Ford Q1 MSA audits by organizing PPAP documents, SOPs, WIs and stage-wise machine drawings.
