I worked as a Welding Engineer at Sampa Automotive, gaining comprehensive experience in welding procedures and quality control aligned with international standards. I prepared Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), and Performance Qualification Records (WPQR) compliant with ISO 15607, ISO 15608, ISO 15609, ISO 15614, ISO 15695, and ISO 9695. I developed welding process flowcharts and repair procedures according to ISO 5817, ensuring high-quality welds and adherence to technical specifications. My work included detailed position controls, weld logs, and weld mapping, primarily for MAG automatic welding systems used in axle assembly welding operations. Furthermore, I ensured welder qualifications and testing according to ISO 9606 and managed Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspections compliant with ISO 17637 standards. I also applied welding coordination principles in line with ISO 14731, guaranteeing that welding activities met quality and safety requirements. I have made online sales of various 3D CAD models (including models, assemblies, machines, and products) through internet platforms. My work has included designs such as heat exchangers and their variants, ball valves, check valves, centrifugal pumps, hydraulic gear pumps, fiberglass cutting machines, butterfly valves, globe valves, Wankel engines, and various furniture CAD models. At ETİ BAKIR, I contributed to the installation of equipment in areas such as the fertilizer plant, packaging building, mill area, and phosphoric acid piping facility. I was involved in the assembly of key components like the Exit Dryer, Final Product, Recycle systems, Bagging, Raw Material Elevators, Combustion Chamber, Mixing Fans, Dryers, Cooler Cyclones, and Mill systems. During this time, I managed various processes including ITP (Inspection Test Plan), Weld Logs, construction methods, RFI Logs, Punch Logs, and coordinated NDT (Non-Destructive Testing). I also supervised ITP, WPS (Welding Procedure Specification), welder testing and certification, and painting procedures, including touch-up work. Furthermore, I prepared and delivered quality documentation, ensuring adherence to standards such as ASME SEC. IX, ISO 9606, ISO 15608, ISO 14731, ISO 17637, ISO 5817, ISO 15609, and ISO 15614. I am proficient in the use of Navisworks and AutoCAD. My passion for combining engineering expertise with innovative design and quality control allows me to ensure the successful completion of high-standard projects.

I was responsible for quality control during the spool assembly of the pipeline in the Botaş Kuzey Marmara Natural Gas Storage Extension (Phase III) project. I used various measurement tools (such as a multi-purpose gage, gap gage, and hi-low gage) to perform Fit-up inspections, checking squareness, weld number, weld groove, weld gap, hi-low, leveling, isometry, and material. I conducted and reported visual weld inspections according to EN ISO 17637 standards. Additionally, I carried out isometry and VT inspections, prepared Welder IDs, welder reports, and team leader fit-up reports, and contributed to the monitoring of weld logs, fit-ups, and data entry checks.
