how to twist sheet metal?

My issue is, on twisting the sheet metal the whole body twists. i want to twist it from the centre or till my required point and not the whole body. In the image, I would like to twist the part between two cuts only. If anyone knows please share the knowledge.

Edit- Thank you guys for your suggestion! But i figured a way out. Thank you again.

HI,
I think you want to use sketched bend. If you use this command, use a relief band larger than the inner radius.

If I understand your need right, you will be better off by creating a big gap in stead of two cuts, in where you add an Edge-Flange. See attachment.

Note that you also have to shape this Edge-Flange, like leaving a small gap on either side of the flange (thus replacing the cuts) and an (optional) offset to the bend itself.
