Add dimensions (such as length, height, thread call-out etc) to an image file
I would like to add dimensions (length, height, thread call-out, etc) to an image file. How can I use SolidWorks to do that?
Something like the attached file.

In the image you give as an example, the dimensions were added in Word or Power Point and their numerical values were not obtained from the image.
To do this you don't need SolidWorks! What you can do in SolidWorks "with a flat image (front, side, floor, etc.)" is insert it into any sketch. If you know any of the dimensions present in that image, you can use it to draw a line of that specific size in the sketch and then "scale the image" until the dimension of the photo matches that of the drawn line.
From that moment (although only roughly) you can "draw on top of the photo and dimension or measure."
