AutoCAD Backup Files

While working in AutoCAD it automatically saves a backup copy of every file while im working. I know how to change the settings to automatically save the backup file but how do i designate a standard location for all the backup files to save to?

First create a folder on your hard drive and name it whatever you would like (i.e. Autocad Back up). Then, in AutoCad type in "OP" (options) on the command line. The "OPTIONS" dialog box will open. Click on the "FILES" tab (top left). Scroll down to "Automatic Save File Location". Click on that. It will expand to show the current location. Click the "Browse" button, and browse to the folder you created on your hard drive. Hope this helps.
