CONVERSION STL FILE TO SOLID/CAD/NURBS SOFTWARE COMPATIBLE FORMAT

Hi,

I need help. I have a stl file that I need to convert into solid cad file. Something similar to this:

Anybody knows how can I do it?

Hi friend!!

Could you send me a copy of your model, to make some test, and checkit if my test can help you.

Or another thing you can do, is save as a cat part file following:
File>save as>and selected>CATPart and you shouldn't have problems with that.Because you can save your model in the extension you want.

I do this often in my line of work. Geomagic is really your best bet. I think they even make a snap-in module for Solidworks now.
