CONVERSION STL FILE TO SOLID/CAD/NURBS SOFTWARE COMPATIBLE FORMAT

Hi,

I need help. I have a stl file that I need to convert into solid cad file. Something similar to this:

Anybody knows how can I do it?

If you have rhinoceros V4/5 can directli import your STL files and then save to 3DM (NURBS) File

Thanks filippo! sorry, I did include nurb in the title but what I really need is solid/CAD

from a 3DM file with crossmanager ( http://www.datakit.com/en/cross_manager.php) you may convert in solidworks
