Hi Jacob
I am getting the same problem with the download must be a little bug some were with this model.
You could ask the person that uploaded it to upload it again or ask them to send you the model in an E-mail if the model is to big for an E-mail then they could upload the model as a private file and share it with your E-mail
that way you will get the model.
