Can anyone help me to solve this Question from DriveWorks?

I tried to replace the part file using Capturing Rules, but everytime I evaluate the mass properties, it shows incorrect. Can anyone provide me a guideline on this? Or share me the correct answer, so that I can check my mistakes. Thank you.
