How can I multiply the whole dimensions of an object with one command?

The "SCALE" function is very basic. Learn Solidworks with the tutorial inside the software and do ALL the exercises. See "HELP ( ? ) menu.
You might also want to use a "part families", equations or even part configurations. See solidworks "tutorials". Do all the suggested exercises. It's the minimum.
