Look at the circled portion of the figure. Two half gears have been attached to make one. Now, there is a flat part on the teeth (as can be seen) which needs to be filled with material so as to get an almost continuous profile. The screenshot shows how it is and a rough idea of how it should be(shaded yellow is the material added)
