[Help] How to make animation and simulation on this compression "flat" Spring? Using SolidWorks.

Hi guys
I need some help on making an animation and stress simulation of this spring.

P.S I also attracted the SolidWorks parts.

I can make you a simulation model, but it will have nothing to do with how the stress simulation is done. It will only be for visual purposes.
