How can I change the name in "created by:" in the feature properties, in Solidworks?
Not trying to take credit from other's work. I just want to change the name it registers as "created by:" whenever I do an action in the future. Right now it says, Lenovo T450 but I want to change it to my name for personalization purposes of my future works.

The only workaround is to remake the model yourself.
Not being familiar with any recent version of solid Works so this may not be correct. The "Lenovo T450" name is being created by the user account on the computer you are using. For your name to be registered automatically when starting a new model. you need to be working on a user account named for you. Like I said I am only guessing as I only use my win10 machine occasional and only to use Alibre Design software. I am basing this more on the way Linux OS's work, as I am more familiar with this, than the way win10 and Solid Works work together, but as the name, "Lenovo T450" is not an indiviual's name, but the name a computer uses to identify itself on a network, this is the area I wood start from.
