How can I convert line into an axis in CATIA V5?

A line can be used as an axis in features like Shaft, groove etc., but is there any way by which I can convert line directly into axis in Sketcher itself?

Is this the way ? - Select Line to be converted to axis > Select Axis from Profile Toolbar
