How do I convert a 3D CAD Model into a 1D line model?
How do I convert a 3D CAD Model into a 1D line model? I have an aircraft wing 3D CAD Model.
It has something to do with equivalent stiffness. Preferable Software: ANSYS

I think you mean a 2D line model or drawing.
A 1D line is simply a line.
Can you post an image or example of what you are trying to achieve?

I don't think you can able to do changes to equivalent stiffness 1d i hope it will be 2d line model where you can do changes in size variables..
