what is the need of converting text fie 2 iges. its not required as every software has text option . is it is really needed then write d text on surface modeling mode.
Open the file using Notepad if possible. Or copy the contents and paste in notepad
Then Go t File -> Save As
File type to All Files and then type a file name including .igs at the end of the name
Ex : Testfile.igs
