How do I hide the text in the attached file?
I am using SW 2016. I inserted the parts into my part drawing and they came from McMaster's website.

Try to click on the EYE symbol in the center of the screen and see if you can toggle them on/off. It is located on the "Heads-up view toolbar" (View > Toolbars > View (Heads-Up))
