How do I resolve this rebuild error due to a geometric condition?
I am a beginner at Solidworks and have encountered a problem I need some help solving! I am recreating the golden snitch from the Solidworks tutorial series on Youtube, and I am trying to finish the feathers of the wing. I have created a curved surface that intersects the feather, and I am trying to cut with the surface in order to cut the ends of the feather into a pattern. However, I keep getting a rebuild error, saying that the operation failed due to a geometric condition. The part file is attached below. I'd really appreciate any help!

Rather than show exactly where this is failing, I'll show you how to find the spot.
Are you selecting the All Bodies option when making the Surface Cut? Instead, try using Selected Bodies. Then add a single body to the list. Does it cut? Good, now add another body. Repeat this process until you discover where/why the feature is failing (hint: body 34).
Fillet 1 is most likely causing the problem. But you could also fix it by slightly moving Sketch206. Or making Sketch204 a bit longer.
