how do I reverse a drawing?
I am new to SolidWorks, and I would like to mill a positive and a negative of this great part- http://grabcad.com/library/mil-spec-ar-15-lower . I have no problem creating the gcode for it, but I want to mill a negative in a block to use as a holder after milling 1 side of the part. This is not the only one I want to do this to, I would like to learn how so I can when I need to.

The AR is a bit more complex than is needed for this tutorial so I skipped a few steps that I did to prepare the model.
I used http://grabcad.com/library/mil-spec-ar-15-lower by ToddAho and imported the .ipt file into SolidWorks.

you could create an extruded boss making a solid around the part you want. make sure to uncheck the merge entities then use the combine feature to remove the ar from the block. I will try and put this in tutorial form tonight if someone else does not beet me to it.
