How to add a rendering to other' model in this site?

You can only add rendering to those models for which allow rendering is enabled. If the option is disabled for a model, you will not be able to add rendering to that model.
You can always add a comment to the model telling the uploader to enable renders. I haven't been denied this by anyone so far.
