how to build a rope with curve?
does any one know how to build a round rope? not straight
I have tried many ways to build but I could not find out ,really need some help.

In SolidWorks, there is an option in the Sweep feature that allows us to add a rotation angle to the sweeping process, where the profile is rotated with that angle along the path.
I suppose Catia has a similar option.
Yes Yahya T Khedr is correct. In catia create helix with one curve for full 360 degree with a pitch (say x mm). Next create line tangent to helix on both side. now join the helix, and two line. Then create a circle at the end of any one line with center and diameter. Note that, diameter of the circle should be less than or equal to pitch of helix. Now rib this in part design.
