I got my requested model with a step by step tutorial on how should I make it!!
It worked!

thank you very much for this great tutorial , it worked for me too

thanks, it also worked for me.. Nice tutorial

Great tutorial. I'll have to try it in Inventor!

Very interesting and informative. Thanks!

It's work for me, I'm not expert to solve this, but i tried alot, success but not same dimension :(
Problem is -- I didn't reach Step 3/4! When I click sweep, Path is activate, but profile say "Profile of Sweep are self intersecting (gap is 0.01mm)" it's error! Then I used "0.1 mm" between two circle. then it's works! It's by manual.. Nevermind, you did great work! Congrats RaviChandra ! God bless you and your loved one (SolidWorks)! :))

Worked! but the file is huge for a Solidworks part, mine reached 80mb for 1m length.

Nice job.. I was trying to make it like a ring but i got stuck with helical sweep, helix only goes one direction.. Can u assist me with this ? :)

@Nemanja, were you trying to do something like this?

Yes, but little different, I'm trying to make it to look like electromagnetic torus.. something similar to pic.. this purple stuff should represent a ring ( rope ) and I'm having dificulties to make this coils around it.

p.s.
sry for spelling.. my grammar isn't so good :)

@Nemanja, you mean something this?( but final shape you need is a closed loop and not a spiral i guess)
It is by Solidworks Practice

You can follow this method of him..... It may give the results you want...
