how to change arrow size of dimension line in catia drafting

U need to set in the admin mode. Create CATIA Admin mode, and while in admin mode, go to Tools>>Standards. You may change it here.
right click on the line and click->properties->graphics->lines and curves there line size can be set whatever you want
