I want to know the accurate way to draw this part in biscuit making machine shown as an attached file
ANY IDEAS !!

use equation curve with the cylindrical coordinate to create a helical curve with variable pitch

Another technique is Project Curve to Surface/Wrap to surface

The only way I know is to do a 3D scan of the object as these parts are old Guss parts.
I have however tried to reproduce the part so that the functionality is the same I dont have any measurements so that its guess work.
